Refund Policy

We hope you love our products just as much as we do!

However, all of us have some hurdles along the path so just in case of a bumpy ride, please read the following:

• In case of exchange or return, you are required to notify us for the same within 72 hours upon receiving your order.
• Exchange or return will only provided, if a product is damaged or defective. Please provide us with an image as proof of the same within 72 hours upon receiving your order. Customers will be allowed to make an exchange to another item/color of the same value, if there is no replacement piece available.
• Replacement order will be sent out only once we have received the product back, and the product is unused with all tags intact.
• In case of exchange or return, the shipping cost to us will have to be borne by the buyer. The product must be shipped by the buyer within 5 working days from date of delivery.
• Sale/discounted orders or orders bought on any kind of promotion will not be accepted for exchange or returns.
• Tisora Designs reserves all rights to exercise discretion in permitting all returns and exchanges.
