How do I start shopping on Tisora Designs?

  • To make a purchase, you can add products to your basket and click on ‘check-out’ when you are finished. Doing so will guide you to the ‘sign-in’ or registration page.
  • As a registered user, you can simply enter your username and proceed towards check-out.
  • As an unregistered user, you can create a new account or log-in using your facebook account. Our system will gather the available information from your facebook account and proceed towards checkout. Please note: Facebook does not share address and contact info. You will be asked for these upon check-out.

How do I modify my personal details in my account?

You can do so my first signing into your account and then clicking on ‘My Account’ on the top right corner of your screen. This will display your account details, which can be modified and/or updated.

How do I know the products that are in my Shopping Cart?

To view/edit the items that are in your shopping cart, click on the cart icon on the top right corner of your screen.

How many does will it take to receive my order ?

You will receive your order within 7 working days.


What are the payment options available at Tisora Designs?

The payment options we support are:

  • Debit card – Visa, MasterCard, Maestro
  • Online payments are processed through the payment gateway, which provides a secure encrypted connection for all credit card and debit card transactions.

Do you provide Cash On Delivery (COD) payment option? How can I buy using the COD option?

No, we do not provide COD as an option as nature of products are personalized.

 What should I do if my payment fails?

In case of successful payment, you will receive an email confirmation from Tisora Designs.
In case of payment failure, please ensure the following information has been entered correctly:
  • Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate, i.e. account details, billing address, password (in case of net banking)
  • Your internet connection is not disrupted in the process
If your account has been debited after a payment failure, you can contact us on our help-line +91 9833693633 (between 10am - 6pm, Monday -Saturday) or send us an email at tisoradesigns@gmail.com with the details and we would be glad to help you.
The transaction will be confirmed with our bank and the necessary procedure to refund the money will be undertaken at the earliest. Approximate time for receiving a refund is 7-8 days.


We at Tisora Designs, strive to deliver all packages to our clients in the best condition and in the minimum possible time. We provide free shipping for all order above Rs. 1,000. For orders under Rs. 1,000, a shipping charge of Rs.70 is applicable for delivery anywhere within India.
Our products being personalized, it does take a while. However, we strive to deliver all products within 7 working days. However, in situations beyond Tisora Designs’s control there may be circumstances, which cause a delay. In such cases, Tisora Designs will ensure delivery in the earliest possible timeframe.


Out of Service Locations

Though our delivery agents try to cover most of India, some locations may yet be out of reach for them. There are also instances that the cash on delivery option may not be available in your pin code. In such cases, we try to use another service but, unfortunately, can not confirm delivery time. However, we assure you we will try our best to reach your purchase well in time. Multiple modes may also be used to deliver packages to such locations. If the shipment is unable to be sent out to you, we will give you a complete refund of your amount.



 We currently provide shipping only within India. However, if you would like to place an order outside of India, please click on the international shipping option on our website or you can send us an email at info with the products and quantities that you would like and we would be glad to provide you with the shipping charges and details for the same. After which you can confirm your order and make the payment via money transfer.


All items purchased cannot be returned once delivered, unless the product is faulty or defective. If you are facing any such issues you can email us at tisoradesigns@gmail.com and we will call you back as soon as possible to process an exchange or return.
